Afterpay x ATMS Promotion (‘Promotion’)

Entry

1. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and older (‘Eligible Entrants’).

2. The Promotion commences at 5:00PM 19 July 2021 and closes at either 4:59PM 20 July 2021 (Australian Eastern Standard Time) OR when the allocation of 1,000 Promotional Gifts is exhausted (whichever is earlier) (‘Promotion Period’).

3. To participate in the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must make complete the following (‘Qualifying Transaction’):

·    Spend A$50 or more at https://adulttoymegastore.com.au (excluding shipping costs and optional shipping upgrade costs) during the Promotion Period; and

·    Use promotional code ‘SATISFYME’ at checkout (without quotations); and

·    Use Afterpay as the payment method; and

·    Nominate a delivery address (residential address, postage collection site, or PO Box) physically located within Australia.

Promotional Gift

4.  Each Eligible Entrant who makes a Qualifying Transaction will receive one (1) Satisfyer Pro 2 sample kit (comprising a Satisfyer Pro 2 device and USB charger delivered in sample packaging without a retail box) automatically added to the Qualifying Transaction at checkout (‘Promotional Gift’) (https://adulttoymegastore.com.au/sex-toys/female-sex-toys/clitoral-toys/satisfyer-pro-2-next-generation/204270/260/). A total allocation of 1,000 Promotional Gifts is available as part of this Promotion. The Promotion Period shall automatically lapse and expire at either 4:59PM 20 July 2021 (Australian Eastern Standard Time) or when the allocation of Promotional Gifts is exhausted (whichever is earlier).

5. An Eligible Entrant may make more than one (1) Qualifying Transaction and receive a Promotional Gift for each Qualifying Transaction.

6.  A Qualifying Transaction will not receive a Promotional Gift if Afterpay is not used as the payment method.

7.  This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

8.  This Promotion is valid only on https://adulttoymegastore.com.au. No other websites are eligible for this Promotion.

9.  The Promotional Gift has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, returned, or otherwise redeemed for cash, store credit, or any other item.

10. The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of this Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

11.  Any Qualifying Transaction is made subject and pursuant to the Afterpay Terms of Service governing the use of the Afterpay service (https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms-of-service). These Promotion terms are in addition to, and not in replacement of, the Afterpay Terms of Service.

13.  These terms and conditions do not limit, modify or exclude consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). The Promoter may amend any of these terms and conditions if required to comply with applicable laws.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for errors (technical or human), technical failures or malfunctions except where caused by the Promoter’s fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, sickness, death, or property loss or damage of any kind except where caused by the Promoter’s fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct.

16. If the Promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Promotion Partner, the Promoter or Promotion Partner may, subject to licensing authority approval, alter, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promotion Partner will use reasonable efforts to notify you should this occur by publishing a notice on its website.
