POLICIES: 💰 NO DEPOSIT - NO APPOINTMENT !!! a NON refundable deposit is required 5 days before appointment. CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE 72 HOURS /3 DAYS NOTICE please understand I book out in advance for weekends and nights and if notice isn't given the appointment may not be replaced. RESCHEDULES REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE - YOUR NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT FOR THE SAME APPOINTMENT TO YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT (SAME INVOICE) never cancel - just reschedule and let me know!! (so you don't lose your deposit)
LOG IN TO UPDATE YOUR DETAILS. Invoice for deposits are sent to your email on file. Remember you can utilize the client log in to change or cancel appointments within 48 hours. -Please arrive 5 minutes early but NO more than 10 minutes early, so I can finish the previous client without being rushed. -If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled - if your late contact for reschedule. failure to communicate means you will need to make a NEW appointment and pay another deposit. - please come to your appointment with CLEAN HAIR and ALONE
- TAPE EXTENSION MOVE UPS - wash your hair the day before or on the day and straighten it so your extensions are clean and not fluffy, makes it easier for me to do your hair, cut, and if they come out dirty they could slip as you cannot wash for 3 days after application! extra charges will apply
If something isn't quite right, I want you to be honest and tell me, send me a message within 3 days FROM THE DAY YOU HAD THE SERVICE DONE, and I am happy to correct, change or fix it up . please note this will be an express service. If its something I have done I will happily admit it and re assess, however if its a change of mind for no real reason I will not just change/do hair for free. I will not accept if you tell me after 3 days.
**** DO NOT COME TO THE SALON SICK/CONTAGIOUS**** I AM IMMUNE COMPROMISED SO PLEASE DONT SHARE YOUR GERMS WITH ME - Understand that if your sick then I will be sick - there is only ONE of me and if I have to take time off I have no income. DONT GO ANYWHERE IF YOUR NOT FEELING WELL! if you have been sick, anyone in your house is sick/children included or have symptoms please reschedule!! SANITISE BEFORE ENTERING AND WASH YOUR HANDS WHILE HERE.
