After 30+ years in the sign writing industry, Gordon sparked up an idea to his daughter to start a custom gift company, after creating one off gifts for many customers over his career in signage.
What started out as 2 options of engraved serving boards sold from our sign writing store in Warragul, has blossomed into a retail space in the heart of Malvern selling a whole range of carefully curated products that can be fully personalised to suit you. Since starting this business we have moved back to our original roots in signage and have been designing and creating signs and stationary for a range of occasions along with our custom gifts.
How the
design
process
works
Once you place your order with us we start the design process. Each order gets about 4 custom designs created just for you. Our average wait time for the designs is 2-4 days, please let us know if you need a rush order.
Once you pick a design you love we get straight into making your custom gift. All personalisation is done in house at our Malvern shop and takes 1-2 days after you confirm the design.

After you receive our email with your custom designs, now is the time to double check for spelling or dates errors, and to let us know if you want to change anything in the design or see a different design style.

After we finish your custom gift we will send you an email letting you know as soon as it is ready to be picked up, or as soon as it has been shipped along with tracking information.
