Shipping Policy

Delivery costs are set at $5 (AUD) for Regular post orders. $8 (AUD) for Express post orders and will be calculated with your total at checkout.

We strive to ship out new orders within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. 

Return and Exchange Policy

We are is committed to your satisfaction and will stand by the products we sell with the following returns policy: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to Sparkle With Narelle within 3 days from invoice date for a credit or full refund, as long as it is in perfect, re-saleable condition. Sparkle with Narelle reserves the right to decline a return if the item(s) are not in perfect, re-saleable condition. The Customer will then incur return postage fees.

If the goods Sparkle with Narelle sent you are either faulty or not what you ordered, We will cover the cost of returning the merchandise and send you the correct item at no additional cost. Please note that this does not apply to goods which have been delivered correctly and are not faulty.
