Brought a bundle 20 melts to try a few out, following a recommendation from a friend. So far I've tried candy cane and snow angel. They fill my house with amazing aroma and unlike most wax melts they actually last a ew days. I will definitely be buying more.

    Shipping and Returns Policy

    We will always use your chosen shipping method and aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days of ordering. We can provide you with your reference/tracking number on request.

    In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order,  please use the 'contact us' form within 14 days of receiving your order and we will try to resolve the issue.

    If you need to return a faulty or damaged item to us, we will reimburse the postage cost (to a maximum of £4.20) after we receive your parcel. We will require proof of postage. Please use the 'contact us' form with the nature of your problem, your name and order number and any supporting photos of the item.

    We cannot exchange or refund:

    *Products that have been used or part used.

    *Products you don't like the scent of.

    In the unlikely event you don't receive your parcel 10 days after dispatch, please contact us and we will try and resolve the issue. We get proof of postage on every item dispatched, if you would like the reference/tracking number please use the 'contact us' form to get in touch.
