This Fat Stacks Giveaway Afterpay offer begins at 12:01am PT on March 23, 2021 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on April 6, 2021 (“Eligibility Period”) and is valid to merchants in the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Each Qualified Participant will receive the following short-term fee rate for each Afterpay Purchase made on its permitted website(s) for the first month after a customer is first able to make an Afterpay Purchase from the Qualified Participant’s website(s): 

Qualified Participants in the US - 4% x Purchase Amount + $0.30 (USD) 

Qualified Participants in the UK - 4% x Purchase Amount + £0.30

Qualified Participants in Australia - 4% x Purchase Amount + $0.30 (AUD) 

Qualified Participants in NZ - 4% x Purchase Amount + $0.30 (NZD)

(each the "Exclusive Offer"). 

Following the Exclusive Offer, the fee rate for each Afterpay Purchase made on the Qualified Participant’s permitted website(s) will be 6% x Purchase Amount + US $0.30 in the US, 6% x Purchase Amount + £0.30 in the UK, 6% x Purchase Amount + AU$ 0.30 in Australia and 6% x Purchase Amount + NZ$ 0.30 in New Zealand.

“Afterpay” means Afterpay US, Inc. and any of its affiliates. Qualified Participants based in the UK, Australia or New Zealand will enter an Afterpay Merchant Agreement with the Afterpay affiliate based in that country. If you are a merchant based in the UK, the Exclusive Offer and this promotion is supplied by Clearpay Finance Limited (company number 05198026) of 125 Kingsway London, WC2B 6NH.

An “Afterpay Purchase” is a purchase by a customer from the Qualified Participant’s website(s) identified in the Afterpay Merchant Agreement utilizing the installment payment financing option made available by Afterpay or its affiliates. "Purchase Amount" means, with respect to each Afterpay Purchase, the relevant sale price plus any local value added taxes (or equivalent) and shipping costs.

A “Qualified Participant” is an eligible merchant that (i) signs up for Fat Stacks Giveaway Afterpay offer via this link [www.get.afterpay.com?utm_source=route&utm_medium=email-b2b&utm_campaign=US-route-giveaway-offer-campaign-mar-2021&utm_content=exclusive-signup-offer] during the Eligibility Period, (ii) agrees to the terms of and executes an Afterpay Merchant Agreement with Afterpay US, Inc. and Afterpay US Services, LLC or the relevant Afterpay affiliate, (iii) has completed and returned to Afterpay all required documentation, including documents for identity verification procedures and a debit authorization form, and (iv) complies with the reasonable direction given by Afterpay or any of its affiliates regarding the integration of the Afterpay electronic payment gateway system on any applicable website.

Only merchants that participated in the Fat Stacks Giveaway and that are new to Afterpay and its affiliates are eligible for the Exclusive Offer. In order to be eligible for the Exclusive Offer (i) the email address used by the merchant to sign up at get.afterpay.com must not have been previously used to create a merchant account with Afterpay or any of its affiliates; (ii) the merchant must not have previously entered into an Afterpay Merchant Agreement with Afterpay or any of its affiliates; and (iii) the merchant must be located in a territory where Afterpay or its affiliates provides its services. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, eligibility of any merchants will be subject to the reasonable discretion and approval of Afterpay or its affiliates.

A merchant will not be eligible to receive the Exclusive Offer that otherwise would have been available to it if, as determined by Afterpay or any of its affiliates, (i) it did not complete all the actions required to earn the Exclusive Offer; (ii) it is reasonably suspected by Afterpay or its affiliates that such merchant acted fraudulently or otherwise acted in a non−bona fide manner in connection with its participation in the Fat Stacks Giveaway or its creation of a merchant account with Afterpay or any of its affiliates; (iii) it violated applicable law.
