   • Click here to log into your Shopify store and reinstall the Cash App Afterpay App (New).

2. Do Not Activate the App

   • Once reinstalled, ensure that you do not activate the Cash App Afterpay App. Reinstalling without activating will allow you to continue managing refunds, capturing payments, or voiding orders for transactions that occurred before the migration.

3. Handle Outstanding Orders

   • With the Cash App Afterpay Application reinstalled, you can proceed to:

     • Issue refunds for pre-migration Cash App Afterpay orders

     • Capture payments for pending transactions

     • Void payments as needed

4. Keep the App Installed

   • Even after completing these actions, we recommend keeping the Cash App Afterpay Application (New) installed on your Shopify store to avoid any further disruptions in managing pre-migration Cash App Afterpay orders.
