Will Afterpay decline such transactions if the minimum or maximum thresholds are not met?

A customer may experience a decline message either when preparing for a purchase within the Afterpay App, or receive a decline message from the payment terminal in store when attempting to make a purchase.

For example, a decline may occur if the transaction amount is outside the preset minimum or maximum thresholds. Afterpay’s proprietary risk algorithms also apply to customers both online and offline.
