    How can we help?

    I am a merchant wondering why an order may fail?

    The most common reasons for an order failing to be approved by Afterpay is due to following:

    • the customer not having sufficient funds on their card

    • the customer not entering their card details correctly

      • If the customer is still experiencing issues - they can contact the Afterpay customer service team in their Afterpay app by tapping My Afterpay then tapping on Help
