If you were previously able to purchase gift cards from a particular retailer but can no longer see that option, there are a few possible reasons:

• The retailer's gift card may be temporarily unavailable.

• Your eligibility may have changed based on your repayment history.

• The range of available retailers is updated from time to time.

The best way to maintain access to the full range of gift cards is to make sure your payments are made on time.
