For Pay in 4 orders returned by mail, you can move your next payment up to two weeks from the original due date while the merchant processes your refund.
You can’t change the due date for a Pay Monthly order because it is fixed for the life of the loan.
To move your Pay in 4 payment:
Log in to the Afterpay app.
Select My Afterpay.
Select Orders.
Select the order you returned.
Select Return order.
Follow the prompts to add your return details.
The confirmation screen will show your updated payment schedule if your request is successful.
Note: You can make this request once per order. If the merchant hasn’t processed your refund by your next payment date and you still owe money, you may have two payments due on the same day. Contact the merchant for an update.
