If you need to reset your password, you can do this via your App or the Afterpay website.

Via your App:

1. You can start the process using your email address or phone number.

2. If you don't know your password, tap "I don't know my password"

3. You will be prompted to enter your email.

4. You will be given the option to reset your password via SMS (text message) or email.

5. Follow the instructions sent to your chosen method to reset your password.

Afterpay website:

1. Enter your email address.

2. Click "Continue".

3. Click “Forgot Password”.

4. A verification code will be sent to the phone number listed on the account. Enter in the code that you received.

5. Create your new password. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of numbers and symbols (such as !,#,@).

6. Click “Continue”. All done!
