I’ve submitted my offer but haven’t received any confirmation?
If you have submitted your offer via the electronic submission form by 5:00pm AEST / NZST Friday 13th March 2026, your offer will be displayed on the Shop Directory at 8:00am AEST / NZST on the sale start date you selected.
Should you need to change your offer before this time, simply re-submit your offer again before 5:00pm AEST / NZST Friday 13th March 2026 and we will upload your most recent submission.
I’ve missed the cut-off for submissions, can I still submit my offer for Afterpay Day?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate offer submissions once the submission form has closed at 5:00pm AEST / NZST Friday 13th March 2026.
How do I change my already submitted offer for Afterpay Day?
If you would like to change your offer for Afterpay Day, you need to do so by Friday 13 March 2026 5:00pm AEST / NZST. Simply enter your new offer via the submission form and we will upload your most recent submission.
I didn’t include the recommended ‘AFTERPAYDAY’ official code in my offer. Can I update my offer?
We strongly recommend using branded copy like AFTERPAY or AFTERPAYDAY in your offer code to maximise the event momentum. However this isn’t mandatory in order to participate.
We recommend re-submitting your offer by 5:00pm AEST / NZST Friday 13th March 2026 via the submission form to include a mention of the event in your offer code.
I don’t want my offer to be live for the entire four day sale?
In the submission form you may select which of the four dates (19,20,21,22 March) you would like your offer live until (please note all Afterpay Day creative must be removed by 11:59pm 22 March).
What steps can I take to ensure I’m promoting the sale to my customers?
We recommend making the most of Afterpay's marketing toolkit. We’re building hype in the lead-up to Afterpay Day with a variety of media including out-of-home displays, digital ads and social media plus so much more. Make the most of it by telling your customers you’re participating! The more customers that hear about Afterpay Day, the more the campaign will resonate with them.

Can I have my offer in both AU & NZ even if I only offer Afterpay in one country?
You can only have your offer displayed on both the NZ and AU Shop Directory if you are registered for Afterpay Cross Border Trade or you have both an AU and NZ Afterpay account. Are you interested in becoming a Cross Border Trade merchant? Find out more here.
How do I submit my offer if I have multiple brands?
If you have multiple businesses live on the Australian and/or and New Zealand Directories you’ll need to submit the offer form for each business. Just ensure you enter the correct Merchant ID.
Your Merchant ID is visible when logged in to the Afterpay Business Hub.
What time does Afterpay Day start?
The sale commences 8:00am AEST / NZST Thursday 19th March 2026 and ends 11:59pm AEST / NZST Sunday 22nd March.
All offers are under embargo until 8:00am AEST / NZST Thursday 19th March 2026. However, please feel free to start hyping your Afterpay Day offer across your socials from 9th March.
How do I get Afterpay for my New Zealand/Australian business?
You can get Afterpay for your New Zealand/Australian brand if you have applied for Cross Border Trade. Here is information on how we enable you to trade online for Australian and New Zealand Shoppers.
