These are terms and conditions that apply in the event that you use the Afterpay promotional offer available for use in conjunction with Services provided by Afterpay NZ Limited (NZ company number: 6340314)] (“Afterpay”).  The promotional offer will be automatically applied to the Afterpay online or in-store purchases of eligible users.

• The promotional offer will be applied to the total original purchase value as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs) to reduce the value of your four payments equally. 

• The promotional offer is a limited time offer available at participating merchants.

• The promotional offer is single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Afterpay promotional offer. 

• Afterpay reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. If you received the promotional offer (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.

• The promotional offer will not be reflected in the merchant order confirmation, please refer to your Afterpay order confirmation. 

• The promotional offer is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold. 

• The promotional offer cannot be applied to previously placed orders. 

• Each promotional offer is limited to one per order, per customer and account regardless if product(s) related to an offer are returned and/or refunded.  

• Each promotional offer applies only to qualifying items.

• If any of the products related to an offer are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.

• If you violate any of the Afterpay promotional offer terms or Afterpay’s Terms of Service, the Afterpay promotional offer will be invalid.
