Afterpay $30 off first in-store purchase Promotional Offer
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions when an eligible customer (“you / your”) claims the Afterpay promotional offer (“Afterpay Promo”) in conjunction with services provided by Afterpay Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 15 169 342 947) (“Afterpay”). These terms and conditions are subject to the Afterpay Terms of Service. When you claim the Afterpay Promo you agree to the following:
1. You will receive a $30 promotional credit (“promotional credit”) to apply to your first ever Afterpay in-store purchase (“First in-store Afterpay Purchase”) of $100 or more, in a single transaction.
2. The promotional credit:
a. must be claimed in the app and redeemed within 14 days of receiving the initial email notifying you of this Afterpay offer.
b. once claimed, the promotional credit will be automatically applied to the total original purchase value of your First in-store Afterpay Purchase as displayed by the retailer, inclusive of all applicable taxes and shipping costs, as displayed at the check-out by the retailer;
c. is a limited time offer, can be used once only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer;
d. once applied to your First in-store Afterpay Purchase, will be reflected in your First in-store Afterpay Purchase order confirmation. It will not be reflected in the retailer order confirmation; and
e. cannot be applied to previously placed orders, pre-order items, items from certain retailers or any cross border transactions;
3. The Afterpay Promo is a limited time offer, available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold.
4. You are only entitled to claim one Afterpay Promo which is limited to one per order, per customer and account irrespective of whether the First in-store Afterpay Purchase made using the Afterpay Offer is returned and/or refunded.
5. Afterpay purchases made using the Afterpay Promo are subject to product and merchant exclusions (such as purchases from Amazon).
6. Where the promotional credit is used on your First in-store Afterpay Purchase that is subsequently returned or refunded by you, the amount you will be refunded will be reduced by the value of the promotional credit.
7. Afterpay reserves the right to terminate or vary these terms at any time. Where the variation is material and/or to your detriment, we will provide at least 30 calendar days' prior notice of the variation.
8. If you violate any of these terms or Afterpay’s Terms of Service, we reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or suspend any promotional discount you may otherwise be entitled to.
9. This Afterpay Promo is valid in Australia only.
