Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply in the event that an eligible customer (“you / your”) claims the Afterpay promotional offer (“Afterpay Offer”) available for use in conjunction with services provided by Afterpay Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 15 169 342 947) (“Afterpay”) that is subject to the Afterpay Terms of Service. When you claim the Afterpay Offer you agree to the following:
1. You will receive $30 off ("promotional discount") your next Afterpay purchase (“Next Afterpay Purchase”) of $60 or more, online or in-store, in one transaction.
2. The Afterpay Offer:
a. must be claimed in the app and redeemed within 7 days of receiving the initial email notifying you of this Afterpay Offer.
b. once claimed, the promotional discount will be automatically applied to the total original purchase value of your Next Afterpay Purchase as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs);
c. is a limited time offer, is single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer;
d. once applied to your Next Afterpay Purchase, will be reflected in your Next Afterpay Purchase order confirmation and will not be reflected in the retailer order confirmation;
e. cannot be applied to previously placed orders, to pre-order items or any cross border transactions; and
f. is only available for use only at participating Afterpay retailers (excluding DoorDash, GoSeeTravel, Motorhome Republic, Airport Rentals, Kogan, Aussie Broadband, Wondershare, Zurich, Butter Insurance, Jetstar, Into the Wild Escapes, Equalution, Vitable and MOSH).
3. Afterpay reserves the right to vary the Afterpay Offer at any time
4. The Afterpay Offer is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold.
5. You are only entitled to claim one Afterpay Offer which is limited to one per order, per customer and account regardless if the Next Afterpay Purchase made using the Afterpay Offer is returned and/or refunded.
6. Each Afterpay Promo applies only to qualifying items.
7. If the good or service purchased under your Next Afterpay Purchase is returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.
8. If you violate any of the Afterpay Promo terms or Afterpay’s Terms of Service, the Afterpay Promo will be invalid.
9. Offer valid in Australia only.

Promo Reminder Email Terms (to be displayed in the emails footer)
