How do I continue my application and reset my password?

To continue your Afterpay merchant application or reset your password, follow these steps:

Continuing your application

  1. Visit the Merchant Onboarding Portal.

  2. Enter your email address linked to the application.

  3. Check your email for a verification message from Afterpay with a unique ‘complete account registration’ invitation. Remember to checkmonitor your spam or junk folder.

Resetting your merchant account password

  1. Go to the Merchant Portal or Afterpay Business Hub.

  2. Click ‘forgot your password’.

  3. Check your email for a password reset invitation from Afterpay and follow the link to create a new password.

After accessing the Business Hub, you can:

  • View orders

  • Process refunds

  • Download reconciliation reports and tax invoices

  • Manage your shop directory listing

  • Invite team members
