Terms and Conditions

Acceptance: By claiming the Offer you agree to these terms and conditions.

Offer period: The Offer is for a limited time only between 8.00 am on 27/08/24 (AEST / NZST) and 11.59pm on 09/09/24 (AEST / NZST).

Eligibility conditions: To be eligible to claim the Offer: (1) the customer must be signed up to Afterpay’s services (subject to the Afterpay Terms of Service), (2) the customer must be within the first 2,000 customers to claim the Offer that reside in Australian and New Zealand, and (3) the customer’s JD sports online transaction must be their first transaction using an Afterpay service (“you / your”). The Offer is valid in Australia and New Zealand only.

Claiming: You must spend $75 or more in one transaction online at JD Sports Fashion Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 63 614 310 075) (“JD Sports”) to receive $20 off your total purchase value at checkout (“promotional discount”) during the Offer period. The promotional discount will automatically be applied to your total purchase value as displayed in the Afterpay checkout before the final confirmation is made (including tax and shipping costs). Promotional discount will not be reflected in the retailer receipt, please refer to your Afterpay order confirmation.

Claiming conditions: You are only entitled to claim one Offer. The Offer is single use only, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The Offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold. If you violate any of these Offer terms or Afterpay’s Terms of Service, the Offer (including the promotional discount) will be invalid.

Returns / refunds: Where the products purchased using the Offer are returned or refunded for any reason, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you paid for the product, subject to the applicable refund policies.

Variations: Afterpay may change the Offer (including these terms) at any time by providing you with at least 30 day’s notice. We may notify you in writing, on Afterpay’s website or in the Afterpay app.

Legal: To the extent permitted by law, Afterpay will not be liable for any loss or damages you, or anybody else may incur from claiming this Offer. The Offer and its terms and conditions is subject to the laws of New South Wales and the parties exclusively submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
