• The six (6) prize draws will occur at 10:00AM on 14/11/2024 AEDT for Australian entrants / 12:00PM on 14/11/2024 NZDT for New Zealand entrants, and a total of 6 winners (one from each state of NSW: Draw 1, SA: Draw 2, WA: Draw 3, QLD: Draw 4 & VIC: Draw 5 in Australia, and one from New Zealand: Draw 6) will be notified by email and have their first initials, surnames & postcodes published at www.afterpay.com/en-au/laneway25-shoptowin and www.afterpay.com/en-nz/laneway25-shoptowin from 18/11/2024 for at least 30 days.
• Each NSW, QLD, Vic and New Zealand winner will receive an *Ultimate Festival Prize Pack, which includes:

• Afterpay accepts no responsibility for: (i) late, lost or misdirected entries, (ii) prizes lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered to a winner, (iii) errors (technical or human), technical failures or malfunctions except where caused by Afterpay’s fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct, and (iv) any injury, sickness, death, or property loss or damage of any kind except where caused by Afterpay’s fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
• If the Promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Afterpay, Afterpay may, subject to licensing authority approval, alter, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

Promoter

1. The Promoter in Australia is Afterpay Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 15 169 342 947) at Level 8, 376-390 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia, and in New Zealand is Afterpay NZ Limited (NZBN 9429 046 246 837) at Level 11, 41 Shortland Street Auckland New Zealand.

Promotion Partner

2. The Promotion Partner is St Jerome’s Laneway Festival Pty Ltd (ACN 647 789 482) at Level 3, 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney, Australia who may benefit from the undertaking of this Promotion.

Eligibility

3. Subject to the ineligibility criteria in clause 4, entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents 18 years and older (Eligible Entrants).

4. Employees and other staff (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

5. Entrants are subject to all applicable laws, and entries will be deemed void where prohibited by law.

6. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions prevail.

Entry

7. The Promotion commences in Australia at 9:00AM on 15/10/2024 AEDT and closes at 11:59PM on 12/11/2024 AEDT, and commences in New Zealand at 11:00AM on 15/10/2024 NZDT and closes at 1:59AM on 13/11/2024 NZDT (Promotion Period).

8. To enter, during the Promotion Period you need to make a Laneway ticket purchase on Ticketek and checkout with Afterpay. No minimum spend applies to the purchase.

9. Eligible Entrants may enter more than once. Each Eligible Entrant may only be awarded one prize. All entries become the property of the Promoter for use by the Promoter without attribution or compensation.

10. Entries that the Promoter suspects to be fraudulent, incomplete, incorrect or misleading, or may damage the Promoter’s reputation may be disqualified. Entrants who breach these terms and conditions may be disqualified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

11. It is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter should their contact details change during the Promotion Period.

12. There is no fee to enter this Promotion.

Prizes and winning

13. There will be six (6) random prize draws with one (1) winner in each draw, which will take place at 10:00AM on 14/11/2024 AEDT / 12:00PM on 14/11/2024 NZDT at Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 Australia.

14. There will be a total of six (6) winners, who will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw date on 18/11/2024. The winners' first initials, surnames & postcodes will be published within 2 business days of the draw date from 18/11/2024 at www.afterpay.com/en-au/laneway25-shoptowin and www.afterpay.com/en-nz/laneway25-shoptowin from 18/11/2024 for at least 30 days.. 

The NSW, Qld, Vic & New Zealand winners will receive an *Ultimate Festival Prize Pack to the applicable festival - Draw 1 NSW: 09/02/25 at the Sydney Showground; Draw 4 Brisbane: 08/02/25 at Brisbane Showgrounds; Draw 5 Melbourne: 14/02/25 at Flemington Park; & Draw 6 Auckland, New Zealand: 06/02/25 at Western Springs)which includes:

• 2 x 18+ Laneway Festival VIP tickets

• 2 x Laneway Festival backstage tour (only available to winners (+ guests) in NSW, QLD, VIC and Auckland who are 18+)

• 2 x AUD$500 Prezzee Smart Cards (AU winners) 

Value of each prize in SA & WA is AU$1,579.80. 

Total prize pool value of AU$9,478.80.

15. Prize tickets may not be resold or exchanged and are subject to Laneway Festival’s Event Terms and Conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. Prizes are subject to any other terms and conditions (which may be notified to winners upon confirmation of the award of the prize).

16. If any prize/s remain unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact the winners, this will be published 30 days after the initial prize draw on 14/12/2024. A subsequent unclaimed prize draw/s will be conducted at 10:00AM on 16/12/2024 AEDT / 12:00PM on 16/12/2024 NZDT at Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 Australia. Any redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the unclaimed prize draw, and will have their name published on www.afterpay.com/en-au/laneway25-shoptowin and www.afterpay.com/en- nz/laneway25-shoptowin from 18/12/2024 for at least 30 days.

17. The Promoter may request reasonable identification from winners to confirm their identity and eligibility to enter. Any failure to do so may result in disqualification.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered to a winner. If any prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

19. The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

20. No bonus prizes shall be awarded.

21. The prize does not include transportation, accommodation, or any other expenses.

22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by St Jerome’s Laneway Pty Ltd, the promoter of the St. Jerome's Laneway Festival 2025.

23. Personal Information, for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not. 

24. Entrants consent to their entry and Personal Information being used by the Promoter for marketing purposes. The Promoter may use, reproduce or modify the entry in any way without any further reference, payment or compensation to the entrant. 

25. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.afterpay.com.au/privacy/ and https://www.afterpay.com/en-NZ/privacy-policy). The Promoter may disclose Personal Information to other organisations (including third parties) for the purposes of conducting the promotion, promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling. Entrants may access or change their personal information by contacting the Promoter by email at [email protected]. 

Other terms

26. These terms and conditions do not limit, modify or exclude consumer guarantees as provided in the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). The Promoter may amend any of these terms and conditions if required to comply with applicable laws.

27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for errors (technical or human), technical failures or malfunctions except where caused by the Promoter’s fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct.

28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, sickness, death, or property loss or damage of any kind except where caused by the Promoter’s fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct.

29. If the promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, subject to licensing authority approval, alter, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify you should this occur by publishing a notice on its website.
