It’s important to read the terms and conditions in full before entering this Promotion, but here’s a

summary of the key terms:

● Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and older.

● The Promotion starts at 9:00AM on 08/02/2025 and closes at 11:59PM on 19/12/2025 AEDT.

● To enter, you need to:

1. Follow both Instagram account handles @afterpayau and @lanewayfest.

2. Like this promotional post.

3. Tag your bestie in the comments below the post & hashtag which state you’re from.

● You can enter more than once, but each person can only win one prize.

● The prize draw will occur at 9:00AM on 20/12/2025 AEDT, and a total of 5 winners will be

notified by Instagram direct message and have their name published at https://

www.afterpay.com/en-au/lanewaygiveaway_26 for at least 30 days.

● Each winner will receive a 2 x GA passes to the Laneway Festival in the state the winner

elected in their hashtag under the post. Total prize pool value is AUD$2,500.

● Each winner (and their guest) is responsible for paying any costs associated with the prize,

including transport to the elected Laneway Festival, parking, spending money, accommodation,

and insurance.

● This Promotion is administered by the Promoter, and not Instagram.

● Your Personal Information may be used by the Promoter and disclosed to third parties for

various purposes (see sections 24-26 for full details).

● Afterpay accepts no responsibility for: (i) late, lost or misdirected entries, (ii) prizes lost,

misplaced or otherwise not delivered to a winner, (iii) errors (technical or human), technical

failures or malfunctions except where caused by Afterpay’s fraud, negligence or wilful

misconduct, and (iv) any injury, sickness, death, or property loss or damage of any kind except

where caused by Afterpay’s fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct.

● If the promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of

Afterpay, Afterpay may, subject to licensing authority approval, alter, cancel, terminate, modify

or suspend the promotion.

● Afterpay may disqualify entries and entrants for a number of reasons, including if you breach

Promoter

1. The Promoter is Afterpay Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 15 169 342 947) at Level 5, 406 Collins St,

Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia.

Promotion Partner

2. The Promotion Partner is St Jerome’s Laneway Pty Ltd (ABN 44 647 789 482) at c/- L3, 175

Liverpool Street Sydney, NSW 2000 who may benefit from the undertaking of this Promotion.

Eligibility

3. Subject to the ineligibility criteria in clause 4, entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and older (Eligible Entrants).

4. Employees and other staff (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter or the Promotion Partner are ineligible to enter.

5. Entrants are subject to all applicable laws, and entries will be deemed void where prohibited by law.

6. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions prevail.

Entry

7. The Promotion commences at 9:00AM on 08/02/2025 and closes at 11:59PM on 19/12/2025

AEDT (Promotion Period).

To enter, during the Promotion Period Eligible Entrants must:

1. Follow both Instagram account handles @afterpayau and @lanewayfest.

2. Like this promotional post.

3. Tag your bestie in the comments below the post & hashtag which state you’re from.

8. Eligible Entrants may enter more than once. Each Eligible Entrant may only be awarded one

prize. All entries become the property of the Promoter for use by the Promoter without attribution or compensation.

9. Entries that the Promoter suspects to be fraudulent, incomplete, incorrect or misleading, or may damage the Promoter’s reputation may be disqualified. Entrants who breach these terms and conditions may be disqualified.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected

entries.

10. The Promoter may request reasonable identification from a winner and their guest to confirm their identity and eligibility to enter and attend Laneway Festival. Any failure to do so may result in entry disqualification.

11. It is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter should their contact details change during the Promotion Period.

12. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter, and not to Instagram. This Promotion is in no way associated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. Entrants’ use of Instagram is governed by its Terms of Use, accessible from the Instagram website. Entrants

release Instagram from all liability associated with this Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

13. This Promotion adheres to the terms of conditions set out in the Instagram promotion guidelines.

All content published on Instagram may be moderated by Instagram.

14. The Promoter may determine whether any of the content submitted by an entrant will remain on its Instagram page, and reserves the right to remove any content at any time in its sole discretion.

Entries and associated Instagram usernames may be publicly viewed.

15. There is no fee to enter this Promotion.

Prizes and winning

16. The random prize draw will take place at 9:00AM on 20/12/2025 AEDT at the Promoter's offices at Level 5, 406 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia.

17. There will be a total of 5 winners, who will be notified by Instagram direct message within 2 business days of the draw date on 20/12/2025. The winners' names will be published within 2

business days of the draw date at 9:00AM on 20/12/2025 AEDT for at least 28 days.

18. Each winner will receive 2 x GA passes to the Laneway Festival in the state the winner elected in

their hashtag under the post. Total prize pool value is AUD$2,500. Prizes are subject to the Promotion Partner's usual ticketing and venue terms and conditions which apply to all tickets provided under this Promotion and by accepting tickets winners and their guests agree to be

bound by their respective terms. Laneway Festival has age restrictions which must also be adhered to. Each winner (and their guest) is responsible for paying any costs associated with the prize, including transport to the Laneway Festival, parking, spending money, accommodation, and insurance.

19. If any prizes remain unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact the winner, this will be

published 30 days after the initial prize draw on 18/12/2025. A subsequent unclaimed prize draw

will be conducted at 9:00AM on 19/01/2026 AEDT at Level 5, 406 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia. Any redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the unclaimed

prize draw on 19/01/2026 and will have their name published on https://www.afterpay.com/en-au/

lanewaygiveaway_26 for at least 30 days.

20. The Promoter may request reasonable identification from winners to confirm their identity and eligibility to enter. Any failure to do so may result in disqualification. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered to a winner. If any prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable

or redeemable for cash.

22. The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence

will be entered into.

23. No bonus prizes shall be awarded.

Marketing and privacy

25. Personal Information, for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not. 

26. Entrants consent to their entry and Personal Information being used by the Promoter for marketing purposes. The Promoter may use, reproduce or modify the entry in any way without any further reference, payment or compensation to the entrant.
