Afterpay x The Good Guys Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

These are terms and conditions that apply in the event that you use the Afterpay x The Good Guys promotional offer ("Afterpay Promo") available for use in conjunction with Services provided by Afterpay Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 15 169 342 947) (“Afterpay”).  

• The Afterpay Promo consists of a $10 promotional credit applied to an eligible user’s Afterpay Purchase of $20 or more at thegoodguys.com.au/.

• The promotion will run from October 5, 2021 at 12:01AM AEST to October 31, 2021 at 11:59PM AEST.

• Afterpay Promo will be automatically applied to the Afterpay online purchases of eligible users.

• The promotional credit will be applied to the total original purchase value as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs) to reduce the value of your four payments equally. 

• The promotional credit is a limited time offer available at participating retailers.

• Afterpay reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.

• Promotional credit is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold. 

• Promotional credit cannot be applied to previously placed orders. 

• Each Afterpay Promo is limited to one per order, per customer and account.

• Each Afterpay Promo may not be combined with any other Afterpay Promo.

• Each Afterpay Promo applies only to qualifying items.

• If any of the products related to an offer are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.

• If you violate any of the Afterpay Promo terms or Afterpay’s Terms of Service, the Afterpay Promo will be invalid.

• Offer valid in Australia only.
