Terms and Conditions

Hi there!

It’s important to read the terms and conditions in full before entering this Promotion, but here’s a summary of the key terms:

• Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and older.
• The Promotion starts at 12:01AM on 13/08/2026 AEST and closes at 11:59PM on 16/08/2026 AEST.
• To enter, check out your purchase in a single transaction using Afterpay at a Promotion Partner in-store or online, where you will be automatically entered into the draw. Minimum spend AUD$100.
• See below for full details.
• Entrants may enter more than once, and each entrant may win more than one prize.
• The prize draw will occur at 12:00PM on 21/08/2026 AEST, and a total of 50 winners will be notified by email.
• Each winner will receive AUD$200. Total prize pool value of AUD$10,000.
• Your Personal Information may be used by the Promoter and disclosed to third parties for various purposes (see clauses 22 - 24 for full details).
• Afterpay may disqualify entries and entrants for a number of reasons, including if you breach these terms (see clause 10 for full details).
• Afterpay accepts no responsibility for: (i) late, lost or misdirected entries, (ii) prizes lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered to a winner, (iii) errors (technical or human), technical failures or malfunctions except where caused by Afterpay’s fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct, and (iv) any injury, sickness, death, or property loss or damage of any kind except where caused by Afterpay’s fraud, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
• If the Promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Afterpay, Afterpay may, subject to licensing authority approval, alter, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

Eligibility

1. Subject to the ineligibility criteria in clause 4, entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and older (Eligible Entrants).
2. Employees and other staff (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter or the Promotion Partners are ineligible to enter.
3. Entrants are subject to all applicable laws, and entries will be deemed void where prohibited by law.
4. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions prevail.

Entry

1. The Promotion commences at 12:01AM on 13/08/2026 AEST and closes at 11:59PM on 16/08/2026 AEST (Promotion Period).
2. To be automatically entered into the draw, check out your purchase in a single transaction using Afterpay at a Promotion Partner in-store or online during the Promotion Period. Minimum spend AUD$100.
3. Eligible Entrants may enter more than once. An Eligible Entrant may be awarded more than one prize. All entries become the property of the Promoter for use by the Promoter without attribution or compensation.
4. Entries that the Promoter suspects to be fraudulent, incomplete, incorrect or misleading, or may damage the Promoter’s reputation may be disqualified. Entrants who breach these terms and conditions may be disqualified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. It is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter should their contact details change during the Promotion Period.
6. There is no fee to enter this Promotion.

Prizes and winning

1. The random prize draw will take place at 12:00PM on 21/08/2026 AEST at MDSA, Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.
2. There will be a total of 50 winners, who will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw date by 25/08/2026. 
3. Each winner will receive a prize of AUD$200 in the form of a cart refund applied to the winner's Afterpay account (Prize). The total prize pool value is AUD$10,000. 
4. The Prize will be applied as follows:

• where a winner has an outstanding Afterpay balance greater than AUD$200, the Prize will be automatically applied to reduce the winner's outstanding Afterpay balance by AUD$200;
• where a winner has an outstanding Afterpay balance of less than AUD$200, the Prize will be applied to pay off the remaining outstanding Afterpay balance in full, and any residual funds from the Prize will be remitted to the card linked to the winner's Afterpay account; or
• where a winner has no outstanding Afterpay balance, the Prize will be remitted in full to the card linked to the winner's Afterpay account.

1. Prizes are subject to any terms and conditions (which may be notified to the winner upon confirmation of the award of the prize).
2. If any prizes remain unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact a winner, this will be published 30 days after the initial prize draw on 21/09/2026. A subsequent unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12:00PM on 23/09/2026 AEST at the same location and in the same manner as the initial prize draw stated in clause 13. Any redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the unclaimed prize draw by 25/09/2026.
3. The Promoter may request reasonable identification from the winner to confirm their identity and eligibility to enter. Any failure to do so may result in disqualification.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered to the winner. If any prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of this Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. No bonus prizes shall be awarded.
