Afterpay $50 off first ever Afterpay purchase - Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply in the event that an eligible customer (“you / your”) claims the Afterpay promotional offer (“Afterpay Offer”) available for use in conjunction with services provided by Afterpay NZ Limited (NZBN 9429 046 246 837) (“Afterpay”) that is subject to the Afterpay Terms of Service. When you claim the Afterpay Offer you agree to the following:
- You will receive $50 off ("promotional discount") your first ever Afterpay purchase of NZD $51 or more (“First Afterpay Purchase”) by applying the promo code to your First Afterpay Purchase made via the Afterpay app, online by checking out with Afterpay, or in-store using your digital Afterpay Card in one transaction. Available for new customers and customers who are yet to make their First Afterpay Purchase.
- The Afterpay Offer:
- is only available to the first 40,000 eligible customers to claim the Afterpay Offer;
- must be claimed by applying the promo code in the app and redeemed before 11:59PM 31/05/2025 NZST.
- once claimed, the promotional discount will be automatically applied to the total original purchase value of your First Afterpay Purchase as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs);
- is a limited time offer, is single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer;
- once applied to your First Afterpay Purchase, will be reflected in your First Afterpay Purchase order confirmation and will not be reflected in the retailer order confirmation;
- cannot be applied to previously placed orders, to pre-order items or any cross border transactions; and
- is only available for use only at participating Afterpay retailers (excluding DoorDash, GoSeeTravel, Motorhome Republic, Airport Rentals, Kogan, Aussie Broadband, Wondershare, Zurich, Butter Insurance, Jetstar, Into the Wild Escapes, Equalution, Vitable and MOSH).
- Afterpay reserves the right to vary the Afterpay Offer at any time by providing you with at least 30 calendar days' written notice or on Afterpay's website or in the Afterpay app.
- The Afterpay Offer is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold.
- You are only entitled to claim one Afterpay Offer which is limited to one per order, per customer and account regardless if the First Afterpay Purchase made using the Afterpay Offer is returned and/or refunded.
- Each Afterpay Promo applies only to qualifying items.
- If the good or service purchased under your First Afterpay Purchase is returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.
- If you violate any of the Afterpay Promo terms or Afterpay’s Terms of Service, the Afterpay Promo will be invalid.
- Offer valid in New Zealand only.
