The Promotion Details and the Terms of Entry comprise the terms and conditions for entering this Afterpay Promotion (Terms and Conditions). It's important for an entrant (you, your) to read these Terms and Conditions in full before entering the Promotion.

Promotion Period
The Promotion entry period:
Starts at 9:00AM on 11/02/26 NZDT.
Ends at 11:59PM on 22/02/26 NZDT.
Draw Date The random prize draw will take place at 9:00AM on 23/02/26 NZDT at the Promoter’s
office at Level 11, 41 Shortland Street Auckland New Zealand.
Eligible Entrants - Entry is open to New Zealand residents who are 18 years of age or older, who are
already an existing Electric Avenue ticket holder. Entry to the Promotion is not open to Afterpay's directors, management, employees and their immediate families.
Eligible Jurisdiction - New Zealand wide
Entry Method - During the Promotion Period from your own Instagram account you must:
1 Follow the Instagram account handles @afterpaynz and @electricavenuefestival
2 Tag your friend in the comments below this promotional post & name the act you’d like to be upgraded for.
3. Must have a 2026 Electric Avenue ticket.
Entry and Prize:
Limitations
You may enter multiple times, but can only win one Prize.
Prizes A winner will receive an upgrade to come into Afterpay’s activation at Electric Avenue.
Total winners - There will be a total of 60 winners.
Winner notification - A winner will be notified within 2 business days by direct message sent to the winner's
social media account used to enter the Promotion.
Winner publication - A winner's name will be published within 2 business days of 23/02/26 on
www.afterpay.com/en-nz/electricavenue-ticketupgrade for at least 28 days.
Redraw Date:
If any prizes remain unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact a winner, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 9:00AM on 26/03/26 NZDT at the Promoter’s
office at Level 11, 41 Shortland Street Auckland New Zealand. A winner will be notified in the manner outlined in the same manner as the Winner notification stated above in these Promotion Details.
TERMS OF ENTRY
General
1. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions. You may be
disqualified if you materially breach these Terms
and Conditions.
2. In case of any conflict between:
(a) these Terms of Entry and the Promotion
Details, the Promotion Details take priority.
(b) these Terms and Conditions and any other
published material, these Terms and Conditions
take priority.
3. Entry into this Promotion is free of charge.
Eligible Entrants
4. Entry is open to Eligible Entrants in the Eligible
Jurisdiction.
5. Entries must be made in your own name. Any
entries we consider to be fraudulent, incomplete,
incorrect or misleading will be disqualified.
6. We may request reasonable identification from you
to confirm your identity and eligibility to enter this
Promotion. Any failure to comply may result in your
disqualification from the Promotion.
Entry Conditions
7. You must satisfy the requirements set out in the
Entry Method during the Promotion Period, subject
to any Entry and Prize Limitations stated in the
Promotion Details. We accept no responsibility for
late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. All entries become our property for our use, without
attribution or compensation. Your entry into the
Promotion can be disqualified where the entry is
prohibited by a relevant law.
9. If the Entry Method involves Instagram:
(a) this Promotion is administered by Afterpay, and
not Instagram and you are providing information
to us, and not to Instagram. This Promotion is in
no way associated with, sponsored, endorsed
or administered by Instagram.
(b) your use of Instagram for entry into this
Promotion is governed by the Instagram Terms
of Use, accessible from the Instagram website.
You release Instagram from all liability
associated with this Promotion to the extent
permitted by law.
(c) this Promotion adheres to the terms of
conditions set out in the Instagram promotion
guidelines. All content published on Instagram
may be moderated by Instagram.
(d) we may determine whether any of the content
submitted by you will remain on our Instagram
page, and we may remove any content at any
time if we decide to do so.
(e) your entry and associated Instagram
usernames may be publicly viewed.
10. If the Entry Method involves TikTok:
(a) this Promotion is administered by Afterpay, and
not TikTok. This Promotion is in no way
associated with, sponsored or endorsed by
TikTok. Your use of TikTok for this Promotion is
governed by the TikTok Terms of Service,
accessible from the TikTok website.
(b) your entry into the Promotion using TikToK is
governed by TikTok's Terms of Service,
Community Guidelines and Branded Content
Policy. Any content published on TikTok may
be removed, restricted or disabled by TikTok at
its discretion.
(c) we decide whether the content submitted by
you remains on our TikTok profile, and we may
remove any content at any time if we decide to.
(d) your entry and associated TikTok usernames
may be publicly viewed.
Games of chance
11. If the Promotion is a game of chance (being a
random prize draw which involves no element of
skill), a winner will be selected drawn on the Draw
Date as described in the Promotion Details.

12. Each entry in a game of chance will have an equal
chance of winning.
13. If any Prize remains unclaimed after the Prize Claim
Date, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on the
Redraw Date as stated in the Promotion Details.
14. A winner selected on the Redraw Date will be
notified in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions.
Games of skill
15. If the Promotion is a game of skill (a game that
involves no element of chance), each valid entry will
be judged by our representative using the Judging
Criteria in the Promotion Details.
16. You are unable to amend, withdraw or delete your
entry, once you have submitted it.
17. If we are unable to contact a winner after making
reasonable attempts and a Prize remains unclaimed
after the Unclaimed Prize Date, we will select a
replacement winner on the Rejudging Date using
the same Judging Criteria (if applicable) set out in
the Promotion Details.
18. Any winner selected on the Rejudging Date will be
notified in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions.
19. If we decide that an entry contains defamatory,
offensive, or inappropriate content, or material that
may damage our reputation, we may disqualify the
entry.
Prize
20. We will deliver Prizes to a winner in accordance
with the Prize Conditions in the Promotion Details.
21. If the Prize includes tickets to an event:
(a) the tickets are valid for the date specified on the
tickets and are subject to any conditions
imposed by the provider of the tickets;
(b) we will not substitute the tickets for tickets to
another event; and
(c) unless otherwise stated in the Promotion
Details, the winner and their guest (if
applicable) are responsible for paying any costs
associated with the Prize, including transport to
the event, parking, spending money,
accommodation, and insurance.
22. We accept no responsibility for Prizes lost,
misplaced or not delivered to a winner. If any Prize
or part of a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons
outside of our control, we may substitute a Prize of
equal or greater value.
23. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Winner notification
24. A winner will be selected and notified as described
in the Promotion Details.
Privacy
25. Your entry and personal information will be
collected, used, stored and disclosed by the
Promoter in accordance with Afterpay's Privacy
Policy (https://www.afterpay.com/en-NZ/privacy
policy).
26. You consent to your entry and personal information
being used for marketing purposes, which may
include having your personal information being
published on our website. We may use, reproduce
or modify the entry in any way without making any
payment to you.
27. We may disclose your personal information to other
organisations (including third parties) for the
purposes of conducting and analysing the
Promotion, including marketing, publicity, research
and profiling.
28. You may request access to or correct your personal

Conduct of Promotion
29. Our decision on any aspect of this Promotion is final
and binding.
30. It is your responsibility to notify us if your contact
details change during the Promotion Period.
31. You enter and participate in the Promotion at your
own risk. Unless we engage in fraud, negligence or
wilful misconduct or relevant law, we will not be
responsible for any loss or claim, action, demand,
