Can You Help With Unlocking My Account Or Resetting My Password?

We are sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties accessing your Afterpay account. Let's work together to resolve this issue promptly.

Resetting Your Password:

  • Via the Afterpay Business Hub:

  • Navigate to the Afterpay Business Hub.

  • Enter your registered email address.

  • Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Unlocking Your Account:

  • After Multiple Failed Login Attempts:

    • If your account is disabled due to multiple failed login attempts, please wait at least one hour before trying again.

    • Ensure you use the correct credentials to avoid repeated lockouts.

  • If the Account Was Previously Closed:

    • If you had previously requested account closure, please contact the Afterpay Merchant Admin team to reactivate your account.
