If you were previously able to purchase gift cards from a particular retailer but can no longer see that option, there are a few possible reasons:

• The retailer's gift card may be temporarily unavailable.

• Your eligibility may have changed based on your repayment history.

• The range of available retailers is updated from time to time.

Making your payments on time gives you the best chance of maintaining access, though availability may still change for the other reasons above. .
