Some gift cards require a PIN to redeem. Where you find your PIN depends on how your gift card was delivered.

Gift cards issued by Blackhawk Network (BHN)

If your gift card is saved in the Card tab of the Afterpay app, your PIN is displayed alongside your card details. Open the Afterpay app, go to the Card tab, and select your gift card to view the PIN.

Gift cards delivered by Prezzee

If your gift card was delivered via email, your 4-digit PIN was included in the original email or SMS sent to you. Check your inbox (including junk/spam folders) for the delivery email.
