If the store accepts online returns in-store, you can return your purchase with the Afterpay Card. If not, follow the store’s online return policy.

Return an online purchase by mail
If you’re expecting a refund, you can move your next payment:
Open the Afterpay app and select Orders.
Select the order you want to return.
Select Return Order.
Select Returning by mail.
Add the return details.
After you add the return details, we’ll confirm that your payment has moved.
It may take several days for the merchant to accept your return and process the refund. Your original payment schedule will continue until the merchant confirms and processes the refund.
You can make this request once per order. If the merchant hasn’t processed your refund by your next payment date and you still owe money, you may have two payments due on the same day.
